Delivery area
We deliver only to serviceable addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping or cash on delivery.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and a supplier stock check. Our current home and kitchen products normally dispatch within 1–3 business days. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a replacement only with your agreement, or refund the unavailable item.
Delivery estimates
After dispatch, estimated transit is 4–5 business days for city PIN codes, 7–8 for outskirts and 10–11 for rural locations. Allow approximately 5–14 business days overall. Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; serviceability, weather, holidays and courier delays can affect them. Any delivery date specifically promised for your order takes precedence.
Shipping charges and tracking
Standard delivery is currently free for customers within serviceable Indian locations. The final delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before payment. There are no additional supplier shipping charges payable by the customer after checkout. Orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners and may arrive separately. We share tracking details by email when available; contact us if you need an update.
Address changes, delays and failed delivery
Please provide a complete address, PIN code and working phone number. Email us promptly to request a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If delivery fails, a parcel is lost or the promised delivery date is missed, contact ZOVMEE so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. We will not require you to resolve a supplier or courier dispute yourself.
